The sheWellness Story

sheWellness Retreats

At sheWellness, we believe women deserve more than simply coping with the demands of life.

Work, relationships, family, business, changing identities, menopause, an empty nest, health challenges and the many transitions of midlife can leave us feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or like we’ve somehow lost touch with ourselves.

Sometimes, life looks fine on the outside - while inside, you know something needs to change.

sheWellness offers women a space to pause, reset and connect.

Through transformational retreats, nervous system education, mindful movement, guided practices and supportive community experiences, we create a gentle pathway out of chronic overwhelm and towards greater regulation, self-awareness, resilience and self-trust.

Our work is informed by Polyvagal Theory, somatic practices and nervous system education, and includes mindfulness, meditation, breathwork, gentle yoga and movement, EFT and nature-based practices.

We don't believe in pushing through.

We believe in creating space to listen to your body, understand your nervous system and discover practices that support you in feeling more grounded, present and connected.

The sheWellness Reset Method™

At the heart of everything we do is The sheWellness Reset Method™ - a five-pillar approach designed to help women understand and support their nervous system, both during our retreats and in everyday life.

1. Ground

“I am safe.”
Creating a foundation of safety, stability and presence.

2. Release

“I can let go.”
Creating space to unwind from accumulated stress and tension.

3. Regulate

“I can come back into balance.”
Building awareness, capacity and practical tools for navigating stress.

4. Reconnect

“I can feel myself again.”
Reconnecting with your body, identity, values, relationships and sense of self.

5. Integrate

“I can live this way.”
Taking what you discover into everyday life so that your reset becomes something you can continue to practise.

A space where you don't have to perform

Our retreats aren't about becoming a better version of yourself.

They're about creating the space to hear the voice you’ve been too overwhelmed, too busy, or too disconnected to hear - your own.

You don't have to participate in every activity. You can pause, step out, modify a practice or simply be.

There is no pressure to perform, achieve or have the right answer.

Our intention is to create an environment where you can explore what feels supportive for you.
